Apply Services

Birth registration
1.Applicant: Child's father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, or the head of the household, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, Household register,Birth certificate (Please refer to Q1, Q2 of F.A.Q.)

Death (or death announcement) registration
1.Applicant: The relatives of decedent, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card and seal of the applicant, ID card of the decedent, Household register, death certificate or autopsy certificate (or court judgment for announcement of death)

Adoption registration
1.Applicant: The adopting parents or the adopted child, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, Household register, Court order and documentation of verification.(Please refer to Q3,Q4 of F.A.Q.)

Adoption termination registration
1.Applicant: The adopting parents or the adopted child
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, Household register, adoption termination agreement or court order and documentation of verification.(Please refer to Q5, Q6 of F.A.Q.)

Marriage registration
1.Applicant: Both of the two parties.
2.Necessary papers: ID cards, seals, Household registers, marriage certificates and one photo of the two parties, (Please refer to Q7 of F.A.Q.)

Divorce registration
1.Applicant: Both of the two parties, Either of the two parties if taking court order
2.Necessary papers: ID cards, seals, Household registers, and three photos of the two parties, divorce agreement or court order and documentation of verification(Please refer to Q8 of F.A.Q.)

Custody and supervision registration
1.Applicant: Warden, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, Household register,Certificates or court order

Removal application
1.Applicant: Migrant, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, Household register, if the migrant would like to apply for an independent household register, house certificate should be submitted.

Changing/correction/Cancellation registration
Applicant: Apply in person, or the person who is influenced by this registration,If applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
Necessary papers: ID card, seal, Household register, and the relevant certificates.

Household certificate transcription (Chinese or English)
1.Applicant: Apply in person or the person who is with interest in this matter,if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal and costs of this certificate

Application for ID card
1.Applicant: Apply in person, if the applicant is younger than 14, the parents (both) should apply ID for their child.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, Household register, cost of ID card and Three 2-inch glossy paper photos of the person who is taken within the latest two months.

Seal registration
1.Applicant: Apply in person.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal and cost of this registration.

Application for seal certificate
1.Applicant: Apply in person, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, cost of this certificate.(The seal must be same as the seal of seal registration.)

Household Number organization
1.Applicant: The owner of this house, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, construction license, brief map and the cost of the doorplate.

Application for Doorplate certificate
1.Applicant: The owner of this house, if applicant can not apply in person, they can appoint a representative by power of attorney.
2.Necessary papers: ID card, seal, house certificates and cost of the certificate.

Acquisition nationality
1.Applicant: Apply in person.
2.Necessary papers: (Please refer to Q9 of F.A.Q.)
