.Flexible working time at noon: Due to public demand, personnel are designated to stay on duty and provide service during the 12:00-13:00 lunch hour, Monday to Friday, thus providing convenience for the people who are unable to benefit from the Household Registration office's regular business hours
.Government decree declaration: Cooperating with the district office, we join the "Li-ming" meeting and answer any enquiries the public asks.
.Reissuing ID card or changing ID card

In order to issue ID card for the people who loses theirs, we go to police office to verify the
status of the party concerned and also scan the photo of the application form, so we can shorten the issuing time from three days to two days or 30 minutes.
Every year the office sends personnel to the junior high school in the District to handle ID card
